We install a variety of different work including, ground mounts, roof mounts, on-grid, off-grid, battery backups… every job is custom to fit the customer’s needs.

Solar PV experience is not required but one year minimum construction experience is required. We are seeking reliable and hard working people. We will train individuals to perform all tasks required to build solar systems.

As a SOLAR INSTALLER, you must:

• Have reliable transportation.

• Have hand tools.

• Be able to lift 80 lbs.

• Be able to work comfortably on steep roofs.

• Have some electrical wiring and/or conduit experience.

• Install DC System components in accordance with plans and manufacturers’ specifications.

• Install AC System components in accordance with plans and manufacturers’ specifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts

Supplemental pay types: Commission pay

Experience: Construction, 1 year (Required)

Work Location: Various locations, most within a 20 mile radius of Ticonderoga, NY.
